website customer agree to adhere to our terms of use policy.
VistaFlyers.com categorized its email lists into marketing areas for
segmentation purposes and does not guarantee that every single agent in
a particular region will receive the flyers
Customer grants
permission to VistaFlyers.com to distribute customers Email Flyer to the
Marketing Area(s) that were selected during the Email Flyer creation
process. It is customers' responsibility to ensure Email Marketing is
not against the policy of the associations to which they may belong.
Customer agrees to take full responsibility for content, including
spelling and accuracy of information. Customers are required to approve
each Email Flyer.
Customer agrees they are authorized to
use any image uploaded to our server and/or used in the Email Flyer.
Images marked with the copy write of another party are not authorized.
It is the customers' sole responsibility to ensure they have proper
authorization to use images in their Email Flyers.
VistaFlyers.com website and associated services may only be used for
lawful purposes.
